1. About the Platform

GurugramClub.com is a discovery and booking-request platform that lists clubs, pubs, lounges and similar venues in Gurugram, India. We are not the owner or operator of any listed venue. By using this website you accept these terms.

2. Bookings

  • A booking request submitted on GurugramClub is a request, not a guaranteed reservation. It is confirmed only when the venue (or our team) confirms it on call or WhatsApp.
  • No advance payment is collected by GurugramClub for standard table bookings. Any payments made at the venue are strictly between you and the venue.
  • Venues may have their own cover charges, minimum spends and cancellation rules — please confirm these at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Entry, Pricing & Offers

  • Entry decisions (dress code, stag/couple policy, age limits) are made solely by the venues. GurugramClub has no control over entry at any venue.
  • Prices ("cost for two"), timings, offers and event details shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice. Please verify with the venue.
  • Legal drinking age rules of Haryana apply at all venues. Carry a valid government ID.

4. Reviews & User Content

  • By submitting a review, you confirm it is your genuine experience and grant us the right to display and moderate it.
  • We may edit or remove content that is abusive, fake, promotional or unlawful.

5. Club Listings (For Venue Owners)

  • Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listing.
  • We may approve, reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Featured placements and paid plans, where applicable, are governed by separate commercial terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

GurugramClub acts only as an information and booking-request platform. We are not liable for your experience at any venue, including entry refusal, service quality, pricing disputes, injuries or losses at venues. Your use of the website is at your own risk, and the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The GurugramClub name, logo, website design and original content belong to us. Venue names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction.
